Major Project Progress

Just a very brief thought: Within the pile of post-it notes, I found these quotes by Monteith quite interesting, "Branding sixties heritage began early" and "Events, pulse through time as places are examined through a historical lens, whether romanticised, revered or researched." This provides an interesting insight into her beliefs regarding the representation of the 60s. However, her readings do not come across as revisionist or cynical? Where does she stand on the historiographical spectrum? Clearly, she is not as forthrightly revisionist as Degroot, yet she appears to share aspects of his sentiment. Although I hope to avoid branding the historians completely, I would like to develop a greater grasp of their perspectives on 60s culture.
